About the Event
We will be hosting our annual charity luncheon on December 6th in the Winspear Room at the University Club. We will be serving a sit-down Christmas meal (turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, salad, vegetables, dessert). There will also be a cash bar for your convenience. Due to Covid restrictions, we were unable to arrange an in-person choir.
Tickets can be purchased individually for $60 each or you can book a table. This year, we have a flexible seating arrangement that allows tables of 6, 8, 10 or 12 people. There is only one table of 12 available and limited numbers of the others. Please select your choice below. Please ensure any of your invited guests are aware of the masking requirements and proof of vaccination required as described below.
This is also a fundraising event to support the E4C School Lunch Program. So, please make sure you bring some cash with you ($20 bills) to purchase 50/50 and raffle tickets. We are seeking donated items for the raffle. If you or your company are interested in bringing a donation (e.g. gift basket, gift card), then please let us know. You can contact us with any questions about the event through email@example.com. There will also be a donation box for anyone who wishes to donate a toy to Santa’s Anonymous.
Parking is available in the adjacent V-Lot for $5.50 flat rate during the event. The parking ticket machines are located on the Southeast corner of the University Club Lot and a second one can be found inside the club. You can also pay through the Honk APP using Zone #5108.
NOTE: The University Club has implemented the Alberta Restrictions Exemption Program. Details are listed in the Covid Policy during checkout. Masks need to be worn in all areas of the club except when seated at the table.
