About the event
We held our Pond AGM in June via Zoom and, unfortunately, did not meet the quorum requirement (10 members). So, we need to have a special meeting to ratify our financials and new Pond executive. Since Edmonton facilities have opened, we have decided it’s a great time to do an in-person summer meeting!
You are invited to attend a special dinner meeting on Tuesday, August 17, 2021, in the Papaschase Room at the University Club. This will be a great opportunity to reconnect with your fellow ganders. After dinner, we will have a formal meeting to pass our AGM motions, make some pin presentations and also hold an INITIATION for the goslings who eagerly await on the banks of our Pond.
Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. with dinner served at 6:00 p.m. The cost for the dinner is $35.00. Please REGISTER your attendance here. The AGM documents will be circulated in advance of the meeting.
