2025 Christmas Luncheon

Our annual charity luncheon will be held on Tuesday, December 2nd in the Winspear Room at the University Club.

We will be serving a buffet Christmas meal (ham, turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, salads, vegetables, perogies, and desserts). If you require a vegan or vegetarian meal option, these will be available. Please ensure to let us know in the comments if you or your guests will require this. There will also be a cash bar for your convenience.

11:30 a.m. - Networking

12:00 p.m.  - Lunch served

1:00 p.m. - Raffle draws and 50/50

Individual tickets are available for $75 each, or you have the option to reserve a table. Our seating arrangement is adaptable, accommodating tables of 6, 8, 10, or 12 people. Please note there are limitations on the larger tables. Kindly make your selection below.

This is also a fundraising event to support the E4C School Lunch Program. So, please make sure you bring some cash with you ($20 bills) to purchase 50/50 and raffle tickets. We are seeking donated items for the raffle. If you or your company are interested in bringing a donation (e.g. gift basket, gift card), then please let Lindsey know at lschroeder@lloydsadd.com.  There will also be a donation box for anyone who wishes to donate a toy to Santa’s Anonymous. 

*PARKING UPDATE* - The University has changed the parking lot use and the adjacent V-lot is NOT AVAILABLE. Street parking is available along Saskatchewan Drive and hourly parking at a rate of $5.00/hour is available in the Windsor Car Park nearby.
