About the event
You are invited to attend our 2023 Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, June 21, 2023, at the Highlands Golf Club in Edmonton. We are having a dinner followed by a formal meeting with an INITIATION for the goslings who eagerly await on the banks of our Pond. Since non-members (guests) cannot attend the formal meeting, we ask that only ganders and goslings register for this event.
THEME: Please wear a unique HAT !
The initiation will be followed by presentation of annual reports, appointing delegates for convention, passing motions, and electing a new executive. The AGM documents will be circulated in advance of the meeting.
Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. with dinner starting at 6:30 p.m. The cost for the dinner is $55.00 per person.
